Are all Colt maufactored AR parts Made in the USA?

All "Colt" parts are made in the US. I'm not sure about the third party parts that they now offer on some of their guns, like the rogers super stock, magpul furniture, etc.

What about Colt Canada/Diemaco? I thought some of the parts are made in the Great White North.
