I know  few in here will care too much but I recently got sumpin I been trying to find a long time

original colt Chrome slick side  BCG for my Dads SP-1  now its is identical to his 16 from Nam  minus the FA parts of course. here it rests on the   light weight jungle ruck  VN erea I got him


isnt that beautiful

I agree. And are those SS FCG pins? I don't know shit for retro stuff, but I'm sure their accurate.. whatever they are...

they  are accurate. they  have just been polished  for a few reasosn. ( not by me) its a long interesting story about why and how the trigger feels now.    Im not going to go into it. but it has the best trigger i have ever felt period.  that  is even by custum target bolt gun standards not just AR15s.  you would crap if you felt how that trigger is.

What a find. There was a Capt. in Vietnam that had one of those in his M-16. After the Capt. was killed another soldier swapped the BCG out with his but they made him give it up. I always wanted one of those.

I was thinking  I would  put this really sweet rail I saw in the TAPCOwebsite on it and maybe a 5-25x nightforce and a magpul AFG.  you know. keeping it KISS
