Sorry if this is the wrong are, but I figured that since they are one of the only Colt suppliers in the country, it should go here.  Has anyone in the past few month bought anything thing from them; or in my case been able to contact them at all?  I want to buy some spare parts and send in a couple rifles for the reliability upgrade, but can never get any response to any emails, phone calls, or messages.  Has anyone else here had that problem.  I have bought from them before and they were great to deal with then, but I hate that I cannot get any response now.

Yep, some days Tina will pick up the phone on the first ring, the next day, nothing.
Good luck.

They are the lucky recipients of a great deal of my disposable income.

It's a small operation (two people) offering something very special that no one else offers: real Colt parts and real Colt service.  Be patient.  Tina and Ken do a significant amount of .gov and .mil business as well as proving guns, parts, and service to average citizens.

Ditto- Most times I have called or E-mailed they have been above promt to this lowly citizen.  There was one time I E-mailed an inquiry that took a while for a response.  When it it came it was very professional and helpful.  SAW is without question a class act for those who are not screwing around and demand equipment and services that can be depended on.  I like dealers and vendors which have proven to provide me with equipment and skill- there is no guessing or wondering- when the package arrives I KNOW I will not be disappointed before I open it.

True that.

Plus he travels conducting the Certified Colt Armorers courses.

You will eventually get them, HW. I would stay on the phone option.

I recently purchased a 6922 from SAW and the service was very good.  Any question I ever asked was responded to very quickly

The best time to call is in the early afternoon

Unfortunately I've had the same experience as the poster of this thread.

I have actually called up there 87 times in ONE single week (recently), and FINALLY got Tina to answer the phone.  The next week (2nd order), I had to call 54 times before I got her.
Man it was tough fitting that many little phone breaks into my work day.

Called yesterday at approx. 4:30 EST and Tina answered the phone after about two rings. Remember it is a small, as in people, and very busy operation.

Yeah, it's funny, as yesterday I called and got her on the first try.  What a crazy turn of events.
Tina is such a nice person, and so very helpful...
