A friend is selling some guns he hasn't uesd in a while, and he asked me about their potential value.  One is a Colt's SP1 serial # SP10007.  He said that it is in good shape other than some pitting in the barrel.  He says that it doesn't affect accuracy, and he has a spare barrel he bought for it circa 1970.  He never replaced the barrel since it seemed  to shoot OK.  It has a three prong FH and he doesn't think that the barrel is chrome lined.

He also has an 03A3 he thinks is sold and a S&W 6904, which no one has shown any interest in buying.

Thanks, and good shooting!

There were something like 100,000 of these things made, so it needs to be real special to have any value, such as a serial number below 1000 or in perfect unfired shape, or the original serial numbered box.

If you don't have any of those, then probably around $900-$1000.  Check closed auctions on Gunbroker.

Condition matters a lot. If it is in great shape as in unfired I would say $1200 then it would go down from there. Just run of the mill decent shape $900 to $1000. This is just a ballpark. Some people that really want one might pay a little more but I wouldn't count on that.

Thanks.  I suspect that most users today would just as soon buy a new/current production gun.

Good shooting!
