Can the waffle stock on the new 6520s be replaced with the non-waffle CAR stock like on the older 6520s?

I use to have a pre-ban 6520. I loved the way it looked and felt.

I'm thinking of getting a new 6520 and changing the stock.

Have you tried the new stocks? The longer toe really makes the ergonomics better.

6520s are great guns. I wish Colt offered a CAR15 configuration still, with a 14.5 inch barrel and an A1 upper. I would buy one in a heartbeat.

I think they did...the AR-6320 but it was a 16 barrel.
