A while back I found a link to a thread here that had photos of the 6400c without the muzzle break but I cant seem to find it.  Can someone post a link to that thread?  Thanks a lot.

Just a few posts down.

How is the muzzle brake attached to the MT6400C

Thanks.  I dont see the post.  But thanks, your link worked!  I'm thinking of taking it off.  A guy at the range was complaining about the muzzle blast and he was bitching like an old lady, I got sick of him.  Is there less blast to the sides without the break?

If you remove it, there would be less blast out the sides, and considerably less noise to the sides and rear, but you will notice an increase in recoil.  My muzzle break shot off from my Colt 6400C and I noticed a considerable difference in trying to keep a bead on my target during rapid fire.  The break may not be attractive, but it's better looking than some, and its most assuredly quite effective in keeping the muzzle down.

If you want to remove it only because of a whiny range neighbor, I'm not sure I'd do it.  Find another stall or another place to shoot.  Ranges have always been "AW unfriendly" anyway, and I stopped going to ranges some time back.  Guns are noisy - get over it.

If the AWB sunsets, will there be a FH replacement for the pinned MB?
