[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt 9mm TA Questions

I thought that all TAs were Green Labels and all the NLs were Blue Labels? The reason I am asking is I picked up a Blue Label TA with the Bayonet Lug, Sear Block, and Reinforced lower?

I've seen them this way before, but only on the "grey area" guns that Colt was sending out to distributors for sale to LEO.
The guns I've seen like this are postban, but lack the "LEO" markings, and have the LEO features. Check the serial number before you buy.

Seen one today .. kinda had me comfused too !
called colt for ser # check made in 95
No L.E. markings either ?
It was at a damn good price too ..Oh well maybe next time

I called Colt to verify mine and as long as the serial number is under TA10100 it is a Preban.
