Wow, I didn't know that an overtorqued barrel automatically made our rifles "POS". Parts orders are leaving the same day (as long as items are in-stock)as far as Delivery goes.
If we did ship out a product overtorqued, we get the product back correct the problem & do it in a timely manner. Human error happens, not only to us, but to all manufacturers. It is not just one person installing barrels it is several people men & women. Customers want rifles & uppers ASAP, and when we try and do this we are criticized & our product is then a "POS".
If you want us to slow down & prevent 15 or 20 overtorqued barrels out of thousands, and make you wait for months & months for product you tell me.
You have quite an opinion of us & I would like to know what we did to you to deserve it. Please do tell!!
