New owner here, no hard use under my belt but I really like how tough this optic feels to me. My question is - what is this small obstruction at the 4-5 o'clock position in the fov?

I received the Sparc on Tuesday and didn't notice the small obstruction until this morning. I'm using a 3x magnifier as well, so its not noticeable when used in conjunction, and its barely noticeable when using it solo. Just curious mostly. Not my pic either, just found on internet. Thanks in advance for your answer.

Yeah I had the same question I posted in this section about it. It's where the dot is emitted from. It does mostly go away once it's mounted onto something.

I figured it had to do with the power source, but didn't think about the red dot emitting from there. Thanks for the info cone.

It's the emitter for the red dot and not an issue at all, even with the 3X magnifer.

My son and I are very happy with the SPARC AR
