[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bubble Level issue

I have an issue with my Vortex 30mm Bubble Level. The bubble "vial" spins freely in the housing. Should it be secure? Is it functional as is? This is the first problem I've had with any of my Vortex gear.

That's why I'm asking here. Thought the Vortex rep might chime in. Haven't contacted them directly yet. If it's a non issue I won't bother them.

I don't think it should be loose, but I know that it is made to fit tightly in the channel cut for it. If you would like, contact our customer care department at 800-426-0048 ext 6, or [email protected] and we can probably get that sorted out! -RJ ([email protected])
