SWFA has photos up but nothing on the reticles. What is the DRT and ebr556b? More important to me is whether the eye piece is able to focused to clear up the reticle or dot?  Run time on battery?

Highest setting: 200 hours

middle setting: 800 hours

lowest setting: 4000 hours.

Also, this is an etched reticle so even if the illum. dies, you still have a black reticle.

There is a diopter at the back of the scope too so you can adjust the focus of the reticle. I am going to keep hunting for some reticle images I can show you. Thank you.

I m looking foward to these. Do you have spec on the reticles? And where are these made

Made in China but all other steps done here (R&D, testing, quality control, etc). I will try to find specs on the reticle.

I tell you what- I don't have a good online pdf version of the reticle subtensions but if you would like a better breakdown of the reticle, send us an email and we can get a 2014 catalog sent out to you. They just arrived today. Thanks, guys.

What's the weight of the 3x prism? Is the mount an acog like interface?
1/2/2014 6:33:26 AM EDT
[#10]
The 3X Spitfire weighs 15.4 ounces with the mount. The mount is modular and can either be set to 30mm high or 40mm high with the removal or addition of the 10mm spacer. Thanks and let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you. Is it compatible with acog mounts?
1/3/2014 7:05:11 AM EDT
[#12]
Is it compatible with ACOG sights, as in to be used in conjunction with them at the same time or to use the mounts interchangeably? I apologize, I'm not sure I understand your question.

Sorry, no, I was refering to the Prism mounting type, ie like the SPARC shares the Aimpoint micro mount footprint, are these interchangable with the ACOG mounts? Ie will it fit in a mount designed for an ACOG;

I looked into this- No, the Spitfires do not share a footprint with any other sight on the market that I am aware of as of now. They are not compatible with the ACOG footprint. The Spitfire is a separate design.

So this has a focus ring for those of us that now see aimpoints and others as a blob. The Sparc does not have this ability is that right?

I am being send by my agency to a McNamara class the end of March and will need to ditch my Aimpoint. I would like to try one. Is the 1x prism available by then? Or do I need to buy a Leupold Prismatic?

Oh, well thats a pity - was hoping it would be compatible with the Carry Handle mounting style. Oh well, still, very nice. Hopefully ADM make a QD mount option for these too!

Till then I think I'll just be getting a SPARC II and a Crossfire VBrite. Thanks for the info.

Why wouldn't you just not cut the PST 1-4 capped model to be 1x with reticle options?

Is that protected design from Leupold? I would like that. Use 30 mm ring and no light module to attach.

Not sure I'm familiar with this design but I could pass the feedback along. Thanks for the input!

The Leupold Prismatic is the model. But their has an integral base mount. It could be done better. Thanks for the response.
