Is there an alternate battery that can be used in the SPARC?
CR2354 are like hen's teeth where I live, but CR2450 are plentiful. This is the only thing that is keeping me from picking one up. Hopefully???? (fingers crossed) |

Hopefully???? (fingers crossed) The 2450 will work if it will fit. Both those batteries are 3v. The 2450 is 24mm in diameter and 5.0mm thick. The 2354 is 23mm in diameter and 5.4mm thick. Without trying it myself I would guess that the 2450 would be too wide and not thick enough to get good contact on the terminals, but I can't say for sure. You can buy the 2354's from us. Give us a call on Monday and someone in the sales department should be able to take care of you. -Sam |
