| Wanted to share my story about a used sparc I picked up on the EE. Received a Sparc that had some scratches on the lense and some minor other problems. Gave Vortex a call on Monday. They said to return my Sparc and emailed me a fedex label. Vortex received the optic after a few days and on the same day they received the defective one mailed out another. Received a brand new in a matter of 5 days. All I can say is that I'm very impressed and will always look to Vortex first before any other. |
