I had a sparc that I thought had defective adhesive holding the objective lens in place, it looked like the lens had de adhered and shifted.  Contacted Vortex and they sent me a prepaid shipping label to ship the optics for warranty service.  Three business days after their receipt of the old optic, a new vortex sparc was on my doorstep.  After their examination they found that the optic was fine except for some excess adhesive (which just made it look like it had shifted) around the objective lens and shipped me a replacement.  Going online right now to buy a second sparc to put on my soon to be arriving 5.45 upper.
Thanks Vortex!
