I'm thinking about putting a Crossfire on my 10/22 and I'm not sure what height rings I should get. Anybody have a recommendation?

Which model Crossfire? The diameter of the objective lens will affect the height.

It will be one of the 2-7x32 models.

Any low rings will work.
