I just received a new Crossfire 6-24x50 in the mail today, and upon inspection I noticed that the front lens cover was shattered. I called Vortex Customer Service, explained the issue, and without hesitation the lady on the phone asked for my name and address and said she would put a new cover in the mail TODAY for FREE!!! She also said that if I had any problems with the scope (possible unnoticed damage) to not hesitate to call back because they would replace it!!!
I am extremely impressed with your products, and am even more impressed with your customer service! I will be ordering a strikefire this week just because of this experience. Thank you for standing behind your products, Vortex is a TOP NOTCH company!!! Now I need to mount up this new scope and test it out! |
