Are you guys still offering the end cap upgrade for the original Element? I would like to send mine in if this is still offered. If so, What do I need to do/who should I contact? Thanks in advance! |

Not the best pics but you can kinda see the difference. When I first got my element it had a cone shaped end cap which had a tendency to want to screw off the can when I would remove it from a host. There's not much material to hold onto. The upgraded end cap gave more area to hold while unscrewing the can to help avoid the unthreading of the end cap upon removal from a host. It also looks a hell of a lot better. This is what the 1st generation should have been. I wasnt happy to have to pay to have my can "upgraded" as I saw the original design as a flaw but I really like this can and think the new endcap makes it even better   |
