OK, I have a rifle I'll want to put a suppressor on. The barrel is threaded  9/16x24 LEFT, any chance of a Larue brake being cut to fit so I can use a Tranquilo on it? If yes, how much would it cost?

Get  thread adapter.

http://www.brownells.com/rifle-parts/muzzle-devices/thread-adapters/thread-adapter-9-16-24-to-5-8-24-black-sku100012975-86836-121385.aspx?cm_mmc=cse-_-Itwine-_-shopzilla-_-100-012-975&utm_medium=cse&utm_source=connexity&utm_campaign=itwine&utm_content=100-012-975

Going to need one without a shoulder. And might need to be secured in place, like braised or high temp solder.  To secure the insert in the brake before installing on muzzle.  Or drill and hilicoil.

Would cut, crown, and rethread to a normal pitch, if possible, personally.

Agree, if possible.  Probably cheaper as well.

What gun OP?

Only limit is barrel length.  If the cut made it an SBR.  Then you could pin and weld.
