Maybe I don't have the whole story, but it seems like a pretty douch canoe thing to get a rifle like that donated and then immediately put it on the EE.
Nice to see cartridge experimentation though, 25-08 is an interesting cartridge, IIRC it's faster than a .260/6.5c I bet that rifle would've made a fun PRS gun. |

Well , 25-06 in a bolt gun has the case capacity to generate some velocity , A 25-08 , other than fitting in a AR 10 doesn't have any real leg up on the stuff that is out there .
Not sure exactly what the availability of bullets are in 25,243 or 6.5 . Always a consideration |
