LaRue uses two sizes. .750 and .625. The outer holes are at .450 spacing.

Stealth is .750. Predatar is .625. 

The outer holes I was talking about are the holes for the gas block set screws.

If you're ordering the barrel use the drop downs to order the gas block, gas tube,and barrel nut. If not, SLR is about the only gas blocks that'll fit the set screw spacing.

Those are set with tapered pins (see the 'also bought' on the Brownell's page you linked). It's a lot of work, and you would see the set screw dimples that LaRue machines.

you'd have to buy the tools to set it or send it somewhere and have it done. The barrel may have to be modified also, not sure on that
