I don't have a M&P 15, but it it's a standard AR lower, then it's a yes. Hammer the old one out, hammer the new one in (after removing the safety).

The M&P 22 has a wider receiver than an AR so you will have to center the pins carefully and not just push till flush.
(I have S3G in my 22)

Are the pins slightly longer on the Armalite AR-10 "A" rifles????? Seems one old school AR-10 maker used longer pins than the DPMS clones...... Also, why couldn't you use the factory pins???
