Congrats to you guys, but I'd be a liar if I didn't say I was a little bummed since i ordered in September. I'd be upset if I was inyour position, however for whatever reason I almost didn't believe the guy that told me my form 3 had been filed.

ordered 9-3-15 charged 11-10-15 nfa "pending" 11-13-2015 out for delivery today at my SOT I know folks are talking about how it "normally" only takes about 3 weeks or so for a form 3 to clear. BUT When the suppressor is made and the paperwork has to be submitted to BATFE, could there also be a time delay in the manufacturer waiting for "papers" to come back before they could start the form 3 process? Just thinking out loud. May get a conjugal visit this weekend to start my form 4!!! Now about that Quarto.........

I sent a e-mail to Julie to verify all the ducks are in a row for my Tranquillo order form day 2 of the introduction,I also told her to call me if the fde guys are getting priority as I would then like to add one to my fde order if that is what it takes. Mine has been listed as nfa --pending since 9-13-15 when my ffl sent his info in. Waiting on a reply,as I'd be willing to cancel the old order and add the fde supressor if that gets things rolling.... . The coupon for 1/2 off is nice but not if pushes back the shipping date.

Going Saturday morning to meet mine!!
Got my 5.56 mounts in this week. 3.08 mount and SWAG pack I guess is with the suppressor because nothing ever came to my house. I hope that's the case anyway. I'll take video and pics. They have a range there also so I bet there will be some comparison done to other brands. Heard back from the gun shop. The mount was sent with the suppressor. Hope the swag is still with it if LaRue sent that stuff with it too. |

Just placed an order yesterday. I called LaRue sales to check lead time, and it was quoted at around 9 months, maybe more, maybe less, from SOT/FFL paperwork receipt until the can is made and ready to form 3.
Guess I'll miss sneaking one in before 41P, but oh well. From the threads I've been reading, it's worth the wait. Should have taken the LEPE of faith.

I stopped by my SOT dealer yesterday and he said atf confirmed at SHOT that forms that go pending before 7/13 will be processed under the pre-41f rules even if they require corrections.
Supposedly they will be releasing the slide show that went with that statement. |

Who do we know who makes supressors that could piss mark off,that seems to get him cranking things out.. I really hope there is some Major movement soon.this supressor stuff is such bullshit,what a waste of time and resources checking out people who want to be able to protect their hearing.
