Texas Valet. Charged on 2/5. Went to NFA status from NFA pending at the same time. Waiting on paperwork I have to touch and return for a trust which is a bit  but the ATF 41F panic will have far more impact than a week of paper moving back and forth across Texas.

Any updates as to when the LEPE of fath customers orders will be filled?.
This is getting to be like ordering my first obr, except I thought there would have been stacks of these ready to ship prior to the release. especially with marks new drive thru theory on ordering. Being my first silencer order as Minnesota just legalized them prior to marks release, i'm going insane with the wait.
Should I order up a sandman to get things rolling or has there been any word that mark will be getting things rolling out the door soon. pete |

Can't have too many suppressors.  The can market is red hot right now with people with trust's trying to beat 41F. Doesn't affect me, as I file my form4's as an individual.

I have a Saker 7.62 with a TQ on order. If I had the funds I would definitely order me up a Sandman. They seem like great cans. |

To speed things up, we just finished and moved in our separated but in-house suppressor factory ... and more Okuma turning centers came on line last week. We're making daily steady headway. Should see a steadier surge of production over next two weeks. |

So I just checked my card statement and realized that LaRue refunded my card for my tranquilo purchase about two weeks after they originally charged my card. My gut feeling was right that the guy I spoke with didn't know what he was talking about. I'm even more excited to hear that the suppressor factory is up and running now.

Well it looks like 2 weeks was actually 2 weeks, i was charged yesterday for my two LEPE of fath tranquillo's,since there is no tracking number I assume this is to get the dealer to dealer transfer cooking.either way it appears some progress is being made
anyone know how long it takes once you are charged for it to get to your dealer? pete |

I've got a second one on order, and I'm just hoping both get to my SOT before July 13th so I can file my Form 4s before the 41F stuff gets off the ground. I know I'll have to deal with 41F at some point, but I'd like to avoid it if at all possible. |

Then ordered another one with my FDE Heavy when Mark sent out the email and the 41p stuff . My stamp arrived today. Pick it up tomorrow. B ut, I don't have a rifle with the LaRue muzzle device installed yet.
So I will post pictures tomorrow of the can in hand. Hopeful I can get my upper assembled this weekend. |
