I am re-posting this from over in the NV forum to get some more play....  Even though I'm asking about mounting TNVC's Torch Pro on my LMT MWS, if someone has experience mounting a similar-sized flashlight at 6 or 9 o'clock, that would be useful input as well.  Basically I want to make sure there won't be any issues with me having enough room for my hand up there on the rail with the illuminator.

I've been running my Torch Pro in a VTAC mount on my LMT MWS, but have been thinking about moving into a Larue LT707 to have the ability to quickly remove it during day shooting. Although the VTAC is a nice, cost-effective mount I don't like the fact you need an Allen wrench to remove it. I was hoping someone here could verify this mount is the right choice to mount the Torch at 6 or 9 o'clock, and that I'm not missing anything. Larue also has the LT606, which is offset but it appears the inline LT707 is what I'd prefer.

So, anyone running this and can confirm it's the way to go?

Anyone running a 707 that can provide some feedback on how the light sits on the rail in the way of clearance for your hand?
