My oldest child is my 5yo daughter. As with any youngster she is a picky eater. But I tell ya, since "Dillo Chops" have become a staple in my household, its definitely one food she eats up, never complains, and asks for seconds! As most parents can tell ya, that sure is a damn good seal of approval!

the Sammich Maker just bought me a new smoker at Lowes for my birthday present-
dillo dust rubbed pork shoulder in the smoker this weekend! a bottle of shiner bock in the pan it sits in, and more dillo dust on top! i got some nice applewood smoking chips to try out too. damn- im already hungry! dont tell her- but i bought an Hk Mk 23 for my "To: ME, From: ME" present! |
