On the website, is it what you see is what you get, or are other reticle options available? I'd like to get a 3.5x35 ACOG with a green horseshoe reticle (as I find that works best for me), but with a .308 BDC. Is it possible to get one of these through LaRue with the proper mount, or should I even sweat the difference between the .308 BDC and the .223 one? I don't make long range shots as there is no room around where I live. |

Yes, I know Trijicon sells them with the green horseshoe and .308 BDC, but I was curious if LaRue sells them packaged with their mounts or not. EDIT: Just called them. The only options they have is whats on their site. Looks like I'll have to buy the mount and the optic separate. |

Sorry they cant order it in for you but do buy their mount its awesome and you can pick up the ACOG from one of the dealers who carries it. I believe this is the one you want Stock # - TA11H308G $1,301.35
If your rifle is .308 run the one with the .308 reticle there may come a time when you need the accuracy to be more precise than you do currently. |

Just a heads up though, since I have this reticle w/Larue mount in 5.56.... The center green dot is too large for precision shooting from 100 - 200 yards. Outside of that you can use the BDC like any other ACOG with decent accuracy. Definitely an awesome combat (or end of the world) scope though! |

After talking it over with a friend, I went ahead and ordered the whole thing through LaRue with the crosshair reticle. It should be a little more precise than the horseshoe and still should be fast enough for what I will use the rifle for. Got the confirmation today: Backordered No biggie though. The rifle won't be in for a few more weeks anyhow. |
