I recently purchased an M952V light for my PredatAR, I was wondering if anyone knew what Larue QD mount is appropriate to locate the light at a 45 degree angle.  I think it's the 752 but want to be sure.  Also, does the mount come with the rings or do those need to be purchased separately?  Does anyone know what size rings are appropriate for this light?

Close.  Make sure you get the 752 E.  E being critical.

Edit: the Millenium series lights don't have rings, but have built in mounts.  If you look at the bottom you'll see threaded holes that aren't used.  The stock mount attaches on the side.  The screws on the side are removed and the holes on the bottom are utilized with the LT mount.

Okay, so the E version is made for this type of light so I do not need to purchase rings yes?

Would this be compatible using the M952V with lasers like the OTAL, DBAL-I2 OR DBAL-D2?

Correct on both parts.  The E version is made for your light, and the Weaponlights don't use rings to attach.  It's only the handheld lights that use rings to attach to a weapon.

I don't know what kind of room these take up and how close you could get the 952 to them.  I really doubt you could get the two next to each other (952 at 10:30 and laser at 12:00).  Take a look at the pics of the E mount.  You can see how close the light gets to the 12:00 rail.  One solution might be to mount the 952 at about the 7:30 position and your laser at the 12:00.  I really wanted my M300 scout light at the 1:30 position but based on my BUIS I couldn't get it to work.  I moved it to the 4:30 position and it is still a very compact setup.

The windage and elevation would require more turns than if the DBAL were mounted vertically or horizontally. It could be done but you'd have to do some math to figure the adjustments.  Each Minute of Angle (MOA) on the DBAL would now be worth only .707 MOA which is derived from trigonmetry of  Sine 45 degrees = .70716    The problem is that you might run out of adjustment !

Unless I'm misreading his post, I don't think he's attempting to use the mount with a DBAL, etc.  He's asking whether the 952 light with angled LT mount would work next to these lasers.
