[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Order status question?

I went on my account on LT site and my order status on my tOBR was updated to "Lowers Ban Charged". Any idea what that means? I paid in full already for my tOBR back when i ordered it the first week of May 2012. Any one else get this on their order?
