Actually, this is an interesting subject too: non beverage related Dillo (opener) applications.

Thanks for all the out of the box ideas here! Can't wait to try my Dust on some eggs!!!

Beef - it was ok on steak, better on ribs

Chicken - this is my #1 choice for the dust

Pork - was ok, but i think i put to much on

Fish - no

Its also good on potatoes *hash browns or red potatoes* I have also used alittle of it when steaming veggies.

Sadly enough, I went to use some last night and found the container very close to empty. Interrogation determined that my wife had been using it frequently in her dishes. I'm hoping that my 28 week in queue order clears soon, for an additional reason.

Last night my wife made some chicken in the George Foreman grill all she did was brush the chicken with olive oil and a good dusting with Dillo Dust and it was awesome! She also sautéed some zucchini with olive oil and Dillo Dust and that came out really good. Lots of flavor. Highly recommend that meal.

tried it on steak the other day- it was good but i prefer other seasonings

how much do you guys put on burgers?

I may try that tonight. i'm sure grilled chicken is good too and will need to try that.

I mainly use it for eggs, I have other rubs that I put together when I'm BBQing/smoking meats. It really is great on eggs

Got some frozen bubba burger patties...sprinkled Dillo Dust on one side (side not on grill) then flipped them and put it on the already cooked side. My kids didn't want any ketchup, mayo, or anything on their burger...that was a first. They (and I) loved it! ON A FROZEN PATTY AT THAT!
