Looking at the integral LT-706 Harris bipod
Which model should I order.... Sold my LT-130/LM-S 9-13" combo, and wondered which I should replace it with.... Didn't really have any problems with the height of the 9-13", but on the other hand, I haven't tried a 6-9"... So either the BRM-S/706 or the LM-S/706

I have a 9-13/LT130 and the BR-S w/LT706
I far prefer the height range and mounting system of the BR-S/706. It just feels more solid. I never used the 9-13 at any height other than 9 inches, in fact I wanted it a bit lower hence going with the shorter system. Glad I did. YMMV |
| While larue would probably sell a few bipods, I'm not sure the market is big enough for them to worry about designing one, and then actually making it, heck they stay busy enough with the other products. "Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see them make one too". I do agree though, while I have owned Harris, and they aren't bad, I much prefer the ATLAS bi-pod. |
