Say I am lucky enough to get one on the next batch. 
If I wanted to swap the muzzle device from the surefire, what length is required? I see the PredatOBR 14.5" comes with a flash hider pinned. The Costa comes with the Surefire pinned. The Surefire is damn near 3". Are both rifles using the same barrel length prior to pinning? edited to spell length correctly. |

Part of the brake obviously goes over the threads. I don't have the exact length, but it wouldn't be much over 16". AFAIK they are both 14.5" to start with. I can't think of any reason to swap out the surefire other than it is noisy. It is a very efficient brake.

Did not know how much wiggle room there was, so to speak. Mostly thinking out load. Don't have one in my hands to play with yet. |
