A friend of mine has taken his OBR bolt apart and aparently did not pay close attention and wants to know "are there two springs for the firing pin and do they go inside each other".   Its not me as I only have an armalite and it only has one spring for the firing pin so I am not much help to him.  Anybody here can help?

One extractor spring.

There are actually two extractor springs on the current 7.62 bolt configuration.

One goes inside of the other. Opposing twist and pitch keep them from inter-twining with each other.

My apologies OP.  My OBR is from the original pre-order and only has the one spring.

Mark, are the original extractors/bolts compatible with the new setup and is there any reason to upgrade is so?
