Although i have been a long time Larue customer, this will be my first Larue Rifle. I have also been a member of this site for over four years, but rarely post. With that being said...
Can anyone tell me if the Magpul ASAP plate and BAD lever will fit on the Larue lower? I've heard the Larue lowers are a bit larger.
As for everything else, I'm planning on putting an Aimpoint H-1, Troy Flip slights, and eventually the Larue handstop when it comes back in stock.
Thanks in advance for the help!

You are going to have problems with that BAD lever fitting on the larue lower !!

I had to grind mine down in order to actually make it work on my PredatAR. The billet lower is a little thicker in certain parts and because of this the BAD lever (and the TROY lever) have a hard time keeping the bolt locked back. After a little bit of grinding I got it to work fine and the structural integrity seems to be about the same.

Some people have problems with the Bad lever and some don't.

hmm....So i may have to use a file or dremel to the BAD lever. I wonder if it's even worth it...

That's interesting.  I bought a mostly assembled LT lower with a Daniels Defense LPK and the bolt release sometime doesn't catch unless you manually push the lever when pulling it back.  Did seem like there was a little more friction than you'd expect on the lever.  Might have to give this idea a shot.

It's worth the effort.

The tactical link version seems to fit my Costa very well and is in FDE for the OCD among us.

No Dremel required.

Neither Costa or Haley run any type of "Lever" since they left Magpul.  Makes you wonder ...

Is it just me (and I am a weekend range warrior at best), or does having another lever in the "trigger hole" (besides the actual trigger) seem like a dangerous thing.

Isn't it a core saftety principal to keep your finger out of the trigger hole until you are ready to fire. Now it's okay to put your finger in to release the bolt?

Wiser minds please correct me if tactical-fu is weak.
