I'm looking at all the stealths and their set ups. I just ordered myself a stealth and realize I need a bi-pod. Alot of choices, 8 set ups. I want it to swivel, 6-9" adjustable, notched legs. I'm guessing it's the BRM-S model but its the mounts I need info on. Theres the LT706 and the LT130 mounts, what would the differences mean to me? I have a 204 Browning that resembles the stud on the Bi-Pod Adapter LT130, is this for the bi-pod? Alittle help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.

the 706 lt mount is "built into" the Harris bi-pod.  the 130 mount has a swivel stud to allow the Harris to attach in it's regular way.

the integration of the LT mount with the Harris bi-pod- makes the mount shorter, weigh less and have less parts so less can go wrong.

if you are looking to only attach the lt706/Harris combo to 1913 rails then that'd be the one i'd get.  however, if you have a few hunting rifles with sling swivel studs and wish to use the harris bipod on the stud equipped rifles.  the lt130/harris would be the one to pick since the LT mount and the Harris bi-pod can be separated.

hope that helps.

BTW- the LT706 Harris bipod is the unit i chose for my OBR since i don't have any hunting rifles with front swivel studs.

Thanks. I just looked at my rifles and have 3 of them with those studs. They dont swivel, and theres one on the rear stock. I thought theses were for slings. So theses are for the harris bi-pods to mount to?

I chose the LT706 combo. It works nicely.

the studs can be used for a sling when not being used with bipod

Harris bipods also have a small stud on the rear that you can hook your sling swivel to when the bipod is mounted.

I have 3 other riles with that stud. .300WSM bolt action, .204 bolt action, .30 06 bolt action. Might make more sense to get the LT130.

Was thinking about the 6-9" swivel. BRM-S I think.
