Got me a nice thick sirloin from grocery store. Dusted it heavily with Dillo Dust. Seared on both sides, grilled to medium rare to rare.

Totally delicious.

That is all.

Have not tried it on steak yet, but it's great on pork chops.

I wasn't sure how well it would work on steaks, but the sugar gives the beef a nice browning and the sweetness/spice makes for a nice crust on the beef, helps sear it very well.

Had some Dillo Dust myself tonight

started with some ribeyes sitting on the counter coming to room temp dusted with dillo dust

Chopped some onions, mushrooms, and garlic in a pan with some butter

Pulled the steaks off the grill after a few minutes and topped with some gorgonzola cheese

topped with the onion, mushroom and garlic mixture and dinner is served

On eggs it is just amazing. And sir, that steak with a Noble pils....kinda makes my pants tight.  Is this going to be the office Dillo Dust meal pic thread? I say it should be.

My favorite is dillo dust on corn.

Pizza. It does something magic on pizza of all things.

A very light dusting on some vanilla ice cream can be something special.

No, really. Try it before you go .

Too many experiments... running low! Time to go shopping. Yum.

Need a use for empty bottles.

I tried it on popcorn over the weekend.

1 TBSP melted butter
1 healthy dose of Dillo Dust
Mix until dissolved

Pour onto popcorn while stirring and enjoy

Dillo Dust goes great on popcorn.  I also use it on grilled vegetables with some olive oil.

For you lovers of Dillo Dust I have a standing offer that a donation in any amount to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation gets my dust.

I have one un-spoken for jar left (for now).

I'll take that bet.  IM sent for details as to how to complete the transaction.

Now as to the proper use of The Dust, a light sprinkling on pork steaks, then slow smoke 'em if you got 'em.
