You can't buy it. They throw it in with your order sometimes.

Not true, I've gotten at least 5 mounts w/o any dust, but I was ordering a mount and got exactly what I paid for. Getting Dillo Dust is like getting a happy ending at a massage that you didn't pay for...

It's just what I've read on the forums.

But to back it up: Dust has come with all of my mounts, and no other times when I have ordered stuff so it seems reasonable.

I totally agree with the policy if that's the way it works.
