Just backordered one of these Vortex Viper PST 4-16x50 scopes to put on my long range build.  Now I need a QD mount for it that will work with my MBUS.  I realize the Vortex PST scope isn't out yet, but do you guys have any guestimates on which one of your fine mounts would work best?

Thanks in advance.

PS Thanks for the Scott Brown package.  I've got the calender hanging next to my gun bench and the dillo's watching me type at my desk.

Eye relief on that scope is 4" according to the link.  I would go with the LT-139 SPR-E mount.

Just for reference, here is a LT-104 SPR mount

And here is a LT-139 SPR-E mount

Sounds like the 139 is a better choice.  Am I going to have any problems getting my MBUS under the scope, or shouldn't that be a concern?  Thanks.

No idea about the MBUS, I don't use them.  It also depends on the diamter of the scope at the ocular end.  The Troy rear sight fits under every optic I have tried with the LT-139 and the LT-104.  I would assume you would be OK with the MBUS but I am not positive.

Diameter of the ocular end is 1.5in.  From looking at the pictures posted earlier, I'd guess that they fit, but I'm not 100% sure, which I want to be before dropping $215 and change on a scope mount.  Can anyone from LaRue speak to this issue?  Thanks.

It'll fit, no problem. From my measurements, 1.6" is the most that will fit without contacting the MBUS.
