Im on the fence guys. I already have a Stag and a FAL. This is what I was thinking as far as the stealth: http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=2&f=219&t=183965 There it is: Another 556 or another 308? Poll inc. Either way, I plan on getting both rifles within a year of each other. The question is which one now? |

Between those 2, I would go with the OBR. You want a tough decision, how about OBR vs. PVS-14.... last time i checked, the PVS-14 was a night vision system....... oh gee, an OBR or being able to see things at night? Yeah. It shouldn't be a tough decision, right? |

Order both now and you might see the OBR by Fall. Plenty of time to get funds in order. I think this may be what I end up doing. If I ordered an OBR today, I would not see it ship until what, August? Dunno. LaRue sent out an email the other day basically saying the "OBR train was on the move" and that they were really fixing to start kicking em out the door. I sure hope so I'm not good at waiting |
I know they are crazy busy, but I've been trying to call and email about some ?'s on the delivery of my 2 osr's/obr's and havev't had any luck with a solid answer on pricing for doodads (via the email) and delivery times/ contingency plans (I'm away from my home state most of the year and am trying to coordinate pick up dates with visits home ) for the last two to three months. I'm pretty sure these guys and gals are doing their best, but don't get too upset if they can't keep up with the crazy demand they've been facing.
