Just out of curiousity, why are some bottles of Dillo Dust capped in red, and others capped in black?

The Red Cap is for beef, chicken, or pork. The Black cap is for pork, chicken, or beef. You might try opening one of those bottles up and sprinkling it on some food item before you put it in the oven or barbecue. That's what I do, and it has worked out well for me. |
but i just transferred it to a pepper shaker..
