So, if anyone remembers, my daughter did a school project on the effects of adding a silencer to a firearm. Linky: http://www.ar15.com/archive/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=827287.
Fast forward to yesterday. She has decided to follow in Dad's footsteps and play trombone in the band. Well, part of the literature from school says she has to mark her case so she can identify it, others won't mess with it, blah blah blah. So, what does she do? Pink frillies? Nope. Twilight pictures? Nope. She comes straight to the "fun" room, grabs one of these, and proceeds to mark her territory.
I'm so proud of her. Now, she's trying to figure out what to do for this year's project, and is already talking more gun-related stuff. Almost brings a tear to the eye.... WW |

Wow, that is very surprising, assuming this is a public school we're talking about here. I remember a news story about a kid doing a project about his hero. His hero was his dad. His dad was a solider. The kid's project had a picture of his dad with his M4. The school made him remove the picture because there was a gun in it. I guess your daughter's school isn't quite as libtarded.
That's awesome! |
