| I recently purchased a Larue LT-103 BUIS. I was wondering if anyone else that owns this sight has noticed a small gap between the bottom of the sight base, and the top of the rail. My sight is rock solid and straight, but I was shooting several inches high at 50 yards. I was wondering if maybe the sight not sitting flush on the rail maybe an issue. |

There is a hair width slit between upper and sight on mine, but it is uniform front and back. It is seriously less than a mm- hard to tell if it is even a gap or if it is a shadow. My POI is the same with my MBUS and my 103. The gap on mine is slightly larger than you describe, but it's even. I guess all is normal. Thanks for the input. |
