sweet any more specs on the scope? Link perhaps? It was a disconntinued model that Midway was selling afew months ago. The closest thing to it that's available now is this one: http://www.midwayusa.com/viewProduct/?productNumber=188402 |

So who can pin down the spread on those 10 shots? Looks like 5 1/2 inches? If you tightened up the throw adjustment on that PRS, you could move the scope forward; unless you are 6'7"? In any case, well done. 5.5" looks about right to me. Not bad at all @ 500 yrds using 55gr hornady fmjbt's. They are good bulk bullets, but using some match bullets should improve that group significantly, which would be even better. |

I'm definitly happy with those shots at that distance with that ammo. Those bullets are bulk and I was really just at the range to break in the gun. I'll load up some heavy match bullets and hopefully get some tighter groups. Those loads only shoot about a 1.5" group at 100 yards but it's all I had made up today. Wind was light and as I said, I'm not the best shot on the planet, yet.
Yeah I'm pretty tall with monkey arms. My perfect fit is a 14 3/4" length of pull so a fully cranked out PRS is almost that long. I guess I could go up a few slots on the scope but the eye relief was good where it is. I'll mess around with it and see if it changes my accuracy any. |

Those little Hornady FMJs are just great for the price. I'll bet you can hold under 1MOA vertical at 500 yds with some heavier bullets the way that group looks. They sure are (if you can find 'em these days). I was thinking it'd be easy to hold under 1 MOA with some heavier match bullets for him. |

I need a savvy lady/gent to overlay a woodchuck profile centered-up over that group.
Sir, I believe a woodchuck at that distance would looks something like this... http://images.quickblogcast.com/55917-49006/IMG_4933Small.JPG That looks like an accurate depiction to me
