Ok have had a LT-104 mount for a few years. Was on my 24" upper, worked great.. Sold upper moved the mount to my Bushmaster Diss. could not get it to zero. Went all the way down and would hit 6" high with two different scopes at 25 yards. Just put mount on my 450 bush. Adjust all the way down and it is 3" high. What am I doing wrong? Help!

*edit to add*
Scopes where a Burris 6 x 24 and a Lep VXII 4 x 12.

What distance did you have the scopes sighted in for on the 24  inch upper?

You have to remember the height above the bore the scope sets at.  The only thing I can recommend is a scope with a large range of vertical adjustment.  Just sounds like scope adjustment vs height above the bore vs sighting in at 25 yard conflict.

I have three Bushmaster flattop uppers. Two uppers will show the usual amount of shift when swapping optics, but one will reveal a 12MOA change in elevation. Windage is always within a couple clicks though. I have no idea how in-or-out of spec any of the uppers are because (luckily) I've never run out of adjustment.

Doesn't matter the mount or the optic. I've used Aimpoints and traditional scopes. Armalite, ARMS, and LaRue mounts. No doubt, something isn't square with the flattop rail.
