Any update on the release of the inline flashlight mount for the Surefire 6P?
ETA: I didn't see the update to the other thread. I'll be ordering one. How much will they be going for? |

When I called to place an order with one of your staff, he was unfamiliar with the unit I was using. It is in the same quality league as the stuff that rolls out of your shop (used to be all hand-made actually) and I think that it may interest you, that is, if you have any interest in tactical lights. Malkoff Long story short, it has almost 3x the output of a P6LED, runs for about 90 minutes, and is made like a brick outhouse, and is a lot less "purple" in tint. Think X300 with a HAIR less throw, but a million-times more spill. The "W" variant of it is an LED that puts out light at about the 5,000K spectrum, making it only a little "whiter" than an over-driven incan. Basically, awesome color perception rivaling that of an incandescent. My setup: 6PLED Malkoff M60 and then M60W later LT-606 Z49 clicky-cap FM-34 beam-shaper Beam-shot: 
My new setup: Scout M600A Replaced KL4 with KX2C LED head Z61 clicky, as the guard on the Z68 is annoying, and the cap can be twisted to "lock-out" anyways. LT scout mount Beam-shot of X300, which uses the same TIR/Cree as the KX2C unit, and that your staffer was so impressed with (rightfully so):

Will there be an option to order as a combo with a 6P or maybe even a G2? I need a light too. Thanks! No plans for a combo yet...Down the road, perhaps we'll roll the LT-707 option into the LT-606 combos as a pull-down option (that will take some work, and won't happen soon). |
