My Dillo is crying, you know why? He didn't get a Christmas Dillo to keep him company.

In all seriousness, anyone know why it has that discoloration around it's eye? I've tried to rub/clean it off and it's on there pretty damn good.

That's what I thought at first, but the coloring is slightly different.

The 'tears' part is more silvery than the printed text. It's not the grease they use on the mounts either because I can't get it off with CLP.
