VTHOKIESHOOTER graciously offered an invite to go shooting today to try out my new Stealth. All I can say is WOW!  3/4" grouping at 100 yards with a slight L to R crosswind, and consistent tagging of a 9-inch steel at 250+ yards.

ETA: I forgot to mention that the Dillo has a 100% success rate at opening many Newcastle Brown Ale's, and that the Dillo Dust is mighty fine...

Congrads on winning the upper! The Boys@ LaRue Tac sure know 'bout picking a prize!

That's a fine looking range there. I dig the elevation changes. SE Florida's flat.

What ammo did you feed her?

I was mainly using Rem UMC 55 gr, but VT gave me some 77 gr (I think) to try that shot really well.

That upper is a real 'bute.  The rifle shot some good groups with the UMC but the grups shrunk in a hurry with the Black Hills 77SMK.

After VACaver left the range I remembered I had a box of the 68gr stuff that my middy groups well with.  Wish I had remembered I had it.  Wasn't the most ideal shooting weather either.  A cold, damp wind coming out of the north, north east.

VACaver wore out the 275 yard plate and pretty much burned me on the rim fire we shot.

Cold, damp day to shoot but beats the hell out of work.
