More specifically the Surveilliance Platform Observation and Tactical Reconnaissance that is displayed in the middle of the Larue 2007 brochure.  Can't find it on the website and it doesn't google.

The SPOTR is a platform that allows a variety of standard night-vision accessories to be co-located with a mil-spec spotting scope, via our proven QD mounts. The design provides sniper teams a wider-variety of options (especially at night).
