Not much impresses me, and so I'll share what I have seen, 1st hand, not heard from someone. The AIM AR/M16 .223/5.56 NiB 9310 MPI BDG Bolt Carrier Group, is impressive as hell, compared to the other 2 NIB's I am using from other, suppliers, who shall go unnamed, but well known.Tearing down all 3 after a day at the range and with about equal usage, the AIM unit cleans up best. The coating is impressive as it hasn't stained or darkened like the others, and the crud releases easily from the surface.Pretty good considering it's on my 5.45 "toy" and the others are my primo 5.56's. The spam can ammo is all the AIM BCG has seen, so you know it's dirty.
Just thought this was worth mentioning for anyone considering it, and yes, I'm ordering at least 2 more for future use and replacement on my other rifles.
Just a heads up.

Yer using a 5.56 bolt with 5.45x39 ammo?

Bolt carrier, and a fail zero bolt-using the 5.56 bolt on another rifle. Still the AIM components come out slicker than the others.Plating job is better by far, less porous.

I was going to wait for the phosphated ones to restock but decided to give one of these a try in the 7.5" pistol I'm building - I figure it will run filthy with such high port pressures, so the coating will probably be a plus.

Umm... No. Aim NiB  bdg  bcg's (2 of mine) darken and stain like a mofo. BUT... They keep working and remain easily cleaned. I love mine.

wish i could report as good of luck with my aim nib bcg.  I finally was able to take out my supressed sbr and the bolt would get stuck and it was extremely difficult to dislodge it with the ch.  I took him and switched BCGs and problem solved.  My brother wants to play around with it to see if he can figure out what was wrong but I may have my first AIM item ever needing to be returned. :/

edit: I need to try dropping it in some other rifles just in case for whatever reason it did not like this one.

I'm sure it's been asked...what's the difference between the regular and budget?

Budget is in stock...other is not...

Just because they're nib doesn't mean they don't need oil.  I spray just as much CLP on my nib bcg as all my other ones.  It hasn't flaked and still wipes clean.

My NiB (budget $99 version) is running like a top! No issues what so ever. Easy to clean, smooth, doesn't seem to require as much oil... it's a "WIN".
