Made a purchase over the weekend that says "pending verification" under status. Is this something that I need to take care of on my end? I ask because if you are requiring a copy of my DL or other form of ID, I had submitted it previously for ammo purchases. Just making sure there isn't anything more I need to do to make sure it goes smoothly. Thanks in advance for any help.

If you only ordered ammo, as long as they can match up the accounts you should be fine.

Then it has to be looked at to make sure a) you put in the right FFL information (selected a dealer off the network or changed the shipping address manually); and b) that they have the dealer's current FFL on file.

I'm in the same situation....or at least I was.  My order is no longer showing in the order history as of today.

Ordered a gun?  Going to a dealer?  One off the dealer network or an address you manually punched in?

If a firearm..it won't show up in your account sheet is shipped...you should receive a confirmation of out being shipped in your email.but no tracking info is supplied to the customer.

It all depends on whether he used a dealer in the network or not.  If he didn't, the entire order will have been moved from his account to the dealer's so he'll have no way to see the progress.

No tracking info to the customer? Seriously? My order is being shipped to a gun store that already had his info on file. But, having dealt with them before, there will be no phone call when my order arrives. I have to do all the leg work. This is gonna be fun.

Just call AIM tomorrow and ask when the order is going to be delivered.

It's for security.  ATF has had people intercept the package at the UPS hub before.  Like Bryan said, AIM's more than happy to give you the ETA if you call them up.

Yeah it was a gun, going to a dealer.  I've ordered C&R with my own license and non-FFL required things before, but this was my first 01FFL purchase.  I got an email from "Tim" explaining it was moved to the dealer network, so everything is A-ok.
Thank you (and Tim!) for replying tho!!
