I changed email a couple of months ago. Order confirmations and everything goes to new email like it should. But I have to use the old email address to log in. What's up with that?

You don't.

The email is automatically triggered by inventory being available.  The default threshold for the emails going out is 1, so as soon as 1 of the item becomes available (including single boxes of ammo) the email gets sent out.  Sometimes, the threshold doesn't get changed to a more reasonable until after the email goes out and people start to complain.

Also, if you don't read the email until hours later, a hot-selling or low-inventory item can certainly sell out before you have a chance to look at the website, but I can promise you that at the time the email gets sent out, they have at least ONE (or whatever the threshold is for that specific product) of that item available.
